RULES
➤ i'd (like to think we're kind and understanding GOMs; however, we have to have to enforce some rules since some joiners have taken advantage of our kindness.
➤ once you successfully claimed (listed in our masterlist), you may not back out unless you find a replacement. please don't waste our time (:
➤ there are absolutely no refunds once you have paid (unless the go is canceled).
➤ once we send the payment form, you have 24 hours to fill it out.

⤰ for those who missed the deadline without a reason, we will DM you privately, and you would have to pay an extra $0.50 every 24 hours you're late because we had to pay for YOUR part and chase you down.

➤ for on-hand claims (not group orders), we can hold up to 24 hours!

DO WE ACCEPT WW ORDERS?
➤ yes, we accept ww orders unless we specify that we are not! just make sure your country accepts stamped mail from the usa. if admin 🌻 has any ww orders, they will be handled by admin 🍄 and there will be a surcharge of $1.00 usd!

PAYMENT METHODS
➤ all big payments are handled by admin 🍄 and she accepts paypal (f&f), cashapp, & venmo.
➤ if admin 🌻 collects payment, she only accepts paypal (f&f)!
➤ make sure to read the group order posts carefully to see if it has 1 or 2 payments. (2 payments = price of item(s) including EMS + shipping to you.)

UPDATES
➤ before dming us, please check our story and the "update" highlight or #mongieupdates; we regularly update on there or the group chat.
➤ if your dms don't work, PLEASE tell us. we don't know that your dms aren't working unless you tell us.
➤ to see which card(s) you claimed, whether you paid or not, and if it's sent out yet, check our masterlist! please let us know if there are mistakes!

SHIPPING
⤰ usa stamped: $1 to $2
⤰ ww stamped: $2 to $3
⤰ usa tracked shipping: varies (there is a $1-2 surcharge for supplies).

➤ we usually buy a few sets at a time to save on shipping, meaning that one admin will have all of the sets shipped to them. if the admin that is responsible for your set(s) is at the other admin's house, please be able to wait. usually this isn't the case though!
➤ once the items arrive safely, we will ask for address confirmation, and provide packaging + shipment proof! (you must be okay with your username on the back of your envelope.)
➤ shipping dates are listed on our mains or updated on our story.
